OUR AGREEMENT WITH YOU
May we kindly ask that you remove your shoes before entering the pod. Many thanks.
1. You must be over 21 to make a booking.
2. To secure your reservation we ask that you pay a deposit of 20% of the total amount.
3. The final balance must be paid 4 weeks before your arrival and your deposit is non refundable.
4. Our pods sleep a maximum of 4 people.
5. We do not provide cots for young infants due to lack of space.
6. We are also unable to accommodate dogs at this time unless a prior arrangement is made.
7. Your booking will not be cancelled by the owner except in exceptional circumstances beyond our control. Notification will be given of the cancellation as soon as possible and we will promptly refund all payments made for your holiday. Our liability for cancellation will be limited to payments made to us.
9. Once a booking has been made, it is non refundable. We strongly advise that you take out holiday insurance as we no longer accept Covid as a reason to cancel or move the dates of your booking due to illness.
7. You may check in from 3.00pm using the key safe provided. The code will be emailed to you.
8. You ask that you check out by 10.00am on your final day.
9. Please leave the pod in a satisfactory and clean state.
Whilst on Site
10. Please respect residents in the local area and keep noise to an acceptable level.
11. We reserve the right to remove anyone deemed to be behaving unacceptably. No refunds or compensation will be given and we reserve the right to refuse you or any of your party future bookings/reservations.
12. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the pods.
